Delivery Policy
1) We provide delivery across Malaysia. Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer in its order. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only.
2) Please allow at least 2-3 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular) and 5-10 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) to receive the order once the shipment is dropped off (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification of your order tracking link when your order has shipped.
3) Buyers are responsible to be readily available to receive the goods if in any case if the Goods were to arrive earlier or later than the expected delivery time frame.
4) If the courier company is unable to reach customer after the several delivery attempt, the order will be deemed cancel and customer shall bear all the cost incurred during the delivery process (delivery cost & etc).
Shipping Policy
Currently, Brights Health Solutions only provide domestic delivery to our customers.
Shipping Method Explanation:
1. Standard Shipping
Business days are Monday-Friday; Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. The postage fees for domestic standard shipping are as below:
West Malaysia (Peninsular) – RM5 (Flat Rate).
East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) – RM20 (Flat Rate)
Free Shipping: Only exclusively for orders with min purchase of RM100 and within West Malaysia Only.
Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or any natural disasters occurred, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Express Shipping
Delivery typically in the same day after order has been placed. Express Shipping option is only available from Monday – Saturday (within 8:00am – 4:00pm), order placed before 8:00am or after 4:00pm will be entitled for normal shipping. Express Shipment will be done by our instant courier partners such as Lalamove and Grab.
The shipping fees calculated may be vary depending on customers’ shipping location from our fulfillment center. For customers who are staying outside of express shipping zone, kindly Whatsapp us (016– 2418966) or drop us a line ([email protected]) if you wish to receive your order instantly. Our customer service will assist on your request promptly.
