The Medicos Ultrasoft Submicron Surgical Facemask (4ply) made with premium melt-blown filter fabric with ≥ 98% BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency) and ≥ 98% PFE (Particle Filtration Efficiency), which able to block out bacteria, pollution, pollen and dust particles from our surroundings. Suitable for daily use.

Here are ways to wear and use the Medicos Ultrasoft Submicron Surgical Facemask (4ply) correctly:

Clean your hand using soap and water or hand sanitiser before wearing a face mask and after taking it off.
Avoid touching the inner side of the mask, instead hold it by the band or tie side when putting on or taking the mask off, and make sure to avoid touching it when you are wearing it.
Please ensure that the mask is fit and covering you chin, mouth and nose properly
Make sure you can talk and breathe comfortably through the mask..
Wash reusable mask and do not reuse the disposable mask.
Use a proper mask that can protect you such as Medicos 4Ply Ultrasoft Sub Micron Surgical Face Mask, buy children mask for your kids and do not let them use adult mask as this wouldn’t protect them properly.
Do not share your mask with other people.

– Genuine MEDICOS face mask will have MEDICOS unique brand logo and its trademark “Shield” embossed on the top right side when looking at the front of the face mask.

Delivery Policy

1) We provide delivery across Malaysia. Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer in its order. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only.

2) Please allow at least 2-3 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular) and 5-10 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) to receive the order once the shipment is dropped off (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification of your order tracking link when your order has shipped.

3) Buyers are responsible to be readily available to receive the goods if in any case if the Goods were to arrive earlier or later than the expected delivery time frame.

4) If the courier company is unable to reach customer after the several delivery attempt, the order will be deemed cancel and customer shall bear all the cost incurred during the delivery process (delivery cost & etc).

Shipping Policy

Currently, Brights Health Solutions only provide domestic delivery to our customers.

Shipping Method Explanation:

1. Standard Shipping

Business days are Monday-Friday; Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. The postage fees for domestic standard shipping are as below:

West Malaysia (Peninsular) – RM5 (Flat Rate).
East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) – RM20 (Flat Rate)
Free Shipping: Only exclusively for orders with min purchase of RM100 and within West Malaysia ONLY.

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or any natural disasters occurred, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Express Shipping

Delivery typically in the same day after order has been placed. Express Shipping option is only available from Monday - Saturday (within 8:00am - 4:00pm), order placed before 8:00am or after 4:00pm will be entitled for normal shipping. Express Shipment will be done by our instant courier partners such as Lalamove and Grab.

The shipping fees calculated may be vary depending on customers' shipping location from our fulfillment center. Our customer service will assist on your request promptly.
